Nikolas Fagogenis
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Athens (AUEB)
Holds a Degree in Public Administration from Panteion University, a Degree in Hellenic Coast Guard from the Hellenic Naval Academy, a Degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Master in Business Studies from the University of Kent and a Master Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Athens (AUEB). Has served for more than 10 years as Officer of the Hellenic Coast Guard and has an experience of 12 years in the Crew Department of major Greek Shipping Companies.

To familiarize students with and to appreciate the major aspects related to Seafarers, such as Documentation, Recruitment, Retention, Promotion, Evaluation and Training.
